5 Inch Frameless LED Work Light Pod (S0450F 50W / S0460F 60W)
The S0450F / S0460F 5 Inch Frameless LED Work Light Pod is a heavy-duty auxiliary lighting solution designed for off-road, commercial and industrial applications. Its edge-to-edge frameless front helps reduce the accumulation of snow, slush, mud and debris across the lens surface.
Available in two configurations, the S0450F delivers 50W and 4000 lumens, while the S0460F delivers 60W and 4500 lumens. Both models feature CSP 3570 LED technology, 6500K white illumination, DC 9–32V operation, a pressure-relief breather valve and a 360° adjustable mounting bracket.

The S0450F / S0460F 5 Inch Frameless LED Work Light Pod is engineered for demanding off-road, commercial and industrial auxiliary-lighting applications. Its edge-to-edge frameless front design reduces raised areas around the lens where snow, slush, mud and debris can accumulate, helping maintain a clearer optical surface in demanding weather and working environments. Both models use CSP 3570 3-core LED technology with four LEDs. The S0450F provides a rated 50W output and 4000 lumens ±10%, while the S0460F provides 60W and 4500 lumens ±10%. Both produce 6500K cool-white illumination and operate across DC 9–32V electrical systems. The construction combines a corrosion-resistant powder-coated aluminum housing, sealed DT connector, pressure-relief breather valve and built-in temperature-control sensor. A 360° angle-adjustable mounting bracket provides flexible aiming for compatible vehicle and equipment installations.
